In this article, you will learn all about how to share your information with any phone using NFC or QR code.
How to share information with an Android device?
- Make sure your phone is in the list of supported devices*. The phone model you own doesn't matter when sharing!
- To do this, tap with your Tapni on the center of the back of their phone.
- If your phone is on the list of compatible devices and your Tapni still doesn't read, go to your phone's settings and look for the NFC feature - make sure the "NFC" is turned on!
How to share information with an iOS device?
- Make sure your phone is on the list of compatible devices.The model of phone you own doesn't matter when sharing!
- Compatible iPhones always have NFC enabled (iPhone XR and later). See our support article to learn how to enable NFC for Androididd and other iPhones.
- Be sure to tap the "sweet spot" for iPhones.
- On iPhones, the sweet spot for reading NFC is at the top of the back of the device.
- Make sure the phone screen is on when tapping.

How can I share my information with my QR code? If the other person's phone does not support NFC, you can still share your profile. Scan the QR code on your card or the one on the Tapni app (top right corner) - they both work the same way, even if they are different!
